I stepped into my first yoga class in 1985. Since then, I have had a regular personal yoga practice. I have been teaching yoga since 2009 and have earned over 1,000 hours of training.
I've published four books on mindfulness.

I am a passionate yoga teacher with almost two decades of teaching experience. My journey with yoga has been transformative. I am committed to sharing the numerous benefits of yoga with my students through writing and teachings.
I am teach functional yoga and the science of yoga. I specialize in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, focusing on alignment, anatomy, breath, and mindful movement. Join me to explore the profound impact of yoga on the mind, body, and spirit.
Over the past two decades, I have developed a practice for teaching thousands of people on how to find empowerment within through yoga. I’ve swapped between two careers for the past twenty years between fashion and beauty and wellness. The two are surprisingly similar in the foundation that I leaned on all my career. That gift is where I find myself lifting people up in my rising tide.
My practice and my teachings are deeply rooted in my belief that Yoga is more than asana and that asana is more than modifications and variations, or the full expression of poses. Yoga is not about getting into the hardest pose, standing on your head, or your ego. A passion for living life in mindfulness and with consciousness is fluid throughout my life and my classes and training.
I love sharing the gift of yoga with my students and trainees It is so rewarding to witness their transformation.
